All items are handmade and made-to-order. Processing times listed on product pages are estimates and may vary during holidays or peak seasons.

4. Personalization & Custom Designs

By submitting a name, monogram, or custom design, you confirm that:

  • The spelling is correct

  • You have the rights to use any uploaded designs

  • You approve the design as shown

We are not responsible for customer-submitted spelling errors.

5. Pricing & Modifications

Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to update, pause, or discontinue products at any time.

6. Shipping

Once an order leaves our studio, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because items are personalized, all sales are final except in cases where The Sparkle Stand made an error. See our full Refund Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, product descriptions, and branding are property of The Sparkle Stand and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell to you. Your data is handled according to Shopify’s policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Sparkle Stand is not liable for any damages resulting from use of our products or website beyond the cost of the purchased item.
